Good Project Management is the key to successful engineering/construction projects.  Lanier Project managers are design engineers who have spent a considerable amount of time in the field actually building what they have designed.  From feasibility and conceptual design through construction and start-up, the Project manager is in control of and heavily involved in the details.  Lanier can handle all coordination among Engineer, Contractor and Subcontractor, Specialist and Suppliers.  The Project Manager will be involved in all these facets of a project:
