Liquid, dry bulk, and general cargo terminals present many storage and transfer challenges.  Problems associated with ocean terminals are vastly different from those problems for terminals based on rivers and lakes.  Lanier and Associates has diverse experience in all terminal configurations.  This is why we are often selected to be designer by many Port Authorities.
